Mykonos may be known for the exceptional nightlife entertainment, the beach bars near the beautiful beaches crowded with people dancing but also has a variety of options for spending your day and nights in a more calming and relaxing way, such as dining. From traditional tavernas and restaurants to ritzy fish restaurants, the best restaurants in Mykonos are characterized by delicious dishes combined with a cycladic atmosphere. Having a Memorable Dining Experience at Phoebus

Phoebus is a charming fish restaurant located in the picturesque setting of Mykonos, a jewel among the Cycladic islands. The restaurant is beautifully designed with traditional Cycladic architecture, featuring whitewashed walls and vibrant blue accents that mirror the stunning coastal scenery. Guests can enjoy fresh seafood prepared with a modern twist. Whether you’re savoring a leisurely lunch or a romantic dinner, Phoebus provides a serene and memorable culinary escape. A thousand years ago, on the island of Delos, Phoebus was born. Phoebus, the God of light, blessed the land with endless sunlight, cleansing the earth and purifying the seas, planting the seeds of life in what we now call the Cyclades.

Delicate Seafood paired with Prime Wine

Wine and champagne collection at Phoebus

Phoebus, a refined fish restaurant,  our establishment radiates with an ambiance as luminous and pure as the deity himself, celebrating the rich culinary heritage of the Cyclades. Here, we pair delicate seafood with prime wine, creating an unforgettable dining experience. Start your meal with our homemade warm sourdough bread, followed by exquisite appetizers such as Taramas fish-roe cream with fig leaf oil and wild greens, or the charcoal-smoked eggplant cream served with savory hazelnut praline and shredded chili. For something fresh and vibrant, try the beetroot carpaccio with grapefruit, orange, shallot vinaigrette, local rocket leaves, and local cheese, or the homegrown local tomatoes paired with homemade “tirovolia” cheese and lactic fermented tomato emulsion.

Our seafood menu is exclusive, featuring dishes like the fresh catch of the day fish carpaccio with a selection of extra virgin olive oils, or the Greek style octopus patties served with a gastric fish glaze, local milk cream, mint oil, and celery mayonnaise. For main courses, savor the charcoal grilled fresh catch of the day fish with grilled wild greens and leek, or indulge in our seafood pasta with grilled calamari, shrimps, mussel sauce, citrus essence, and fresh Mykonian herbs.

End your culinary journey with our traditional “Saragli” sweet pastry filled with rice pudding cream, pumpkin coulis, and masala tea ice cream, or the decadent chocolate Namelaka with Feuilletine praline, butter caramel popcorn, and peanut butter ice cream.

Join us at Phoebus, where every dish is a tribute to the Cycladic light and the timeless beauty of the Aegean Sea.
